Exhibit at monthly meetings A small number of vendors are permitted to display tabletop exhibits at CFGBA's monthly meetings. Exhibitors have the opportunity to reach out to a highly targeted market of professionals and consumers attending the featured monthly presentation. A maximum of 4 exhibits will be allowed, creating an enhanced marketing opportunity for the few vendors who participate. Target Market: Recent CFGBA meetings have rallied as many as 110 attendees. While there is a core group who faithfully attend most meetings, every presentation draws a substantial number of newcomers who have a specific interest in the topic of the evening. Click for a complete list of presentation topics. Set-up and Tear-down: Exhibitors will be allowed to set up at 6:00 p.m. on the evening of the meeting. Tear down is from 8:45 to 9:00 p.m. The exhibits will be closed during the presentation out of respect for the speakers and the audience. Exhibitors will have the chance to interact with the crowd prior to the Call to Order (6:30 to 7:00) and after the presentation (8:00 to 8:45). Exhibit Specs: CFGBA will supply table and cloth. All display materials must be confined to the tabletop. Fees and Registration: Exhibit fees are $125 for non-members, $100 for business members and $75 for Silver, Gold and Platinum Sponsors. Fees are due in advance. No refunds will be made for cancellations by vendors. Spaces are sold on a first come, first serve basis. To reserve a space, call or email Joy Allen at 910.470.5697 or joy.a@cfgba.org. No reservation will be confirmed until payment is received. Checks should be mailed to CFGBA, P.O.
